OCHO RIOS, Jamaica (April 20, 2007) – Chukka Caribbean Adventures’ Chukka Canopy Tour has been voted the "Low Volume Tour of the Season" by Princess Cruises for their 2006/2007 season in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
“Our Chukka Canopy Tour at the lush Montpelier Estate was the first to be offered in the Caribbean when it was launched in 2003,” says John Byles, co-managing director of Chukka Caribbean Adventures. “We knew it would be popular with our core audience of nature-loving and adventure-seeking visitors, but we didn’t anticipate that by 2006 would over take our signature tour, the Horseback Ride ‘N Swim, in number of tours taken.”
Today, Chukka Caribbean Adventures offers unique versions the Canopy tour at its locations in Jamaica – both Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, as well as in Belize. Its newest offering in Montego Bay is the Twilight Canopy Tour, a variation on the popular Chukka Canopy Tour guests take flight through the trees in the dark with just a headlamp illuminating their journey.
