June 8, 2010 (Ocho Rios, Jamaica) – Today Danny Melville team founder announced the addition of Cottey College as a sponsor of the Jamaica Dogsled Team.
Cottey College, an independent liberal arts college, educates women to be contributing members of a global society through a challenging curriculum and a dynamic campus experience that allows suitemates and hall residents an excellent opportunity to develop lifelong friendships. In this diverse and supportive environment, women develop their potential for personal and professional lives of intellectual engagement and thoughtful action as learners, leaders, and citizens.
" The values of the Jamaica Dogsled Team align well with ours here at Cottey," said Rick Eber, VP Enrollment Management. "Residents come to Cottey from all segments of society, from different cultures and countries and with varying value systems and life experiences. The Jamaica Dogsled Team has proven their fan base spans the globe, by partnering with them we will help to spread the Cottey message."
