Your tour bus will take you two thousand feet above sea level, where you will be met by your biking guides. After a short orientation, you will be assigned to your bikes. From here your tour begins with a 95% downhill ride through woodlands and meadows to the Village of Mount Zion, and then for a thirst quenching stop at Spicy Grove Tavern.

Pause at the Mountain spring and learn its haunting legend. Drink in the Breathtaking view, cross the foothills and pass the ruins of a Historic 17th Century sugar factory, ride alongside the Polo Fields and finally to a picturesque cove carved by nature out of rock to form a serene pool for swimming and snorkeling.
